Terms & Conditions
Services
Dashmir Beauty Lounge provides medical aesthetic services including but not limited to neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, and medical-grade facials. All services are performed by licensed medical professionals.
Medical Consultation
A consultation is required before all injectable treatments. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health history. Services may be declined if contraindications are identified. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.
Consent
Written informed consent is required before all treatments. By proceeding with any treatment, you confirm you understand the risks, benefits, alternatives, and aftercare requirements explained during your consultation.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards. Financing options may be available upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include gratuity.
Photographs
We may take before and after photographs for medical documentation. These photos will not be used for marketing purposes without your separate written consent.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, aesthetic medicine involves inherent risks. By receiving treatment you acknowledge these risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service received.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to $50, charged to the card on file.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without any notice (no-show) will be charged a no-show fee of up to $75. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality care for all clients. Please contact us if you are running late.
Deposits
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Deposits may be required for certain treatments and will be applied toward the cost of your service.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once rendered. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about your results. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
